From the start, to the minute we got handed our keys all our expectations were met! Not to mention a month after we moved in they have checked in to see if there are any little details that can be looked at and taken care of.
We had very specific details and color selections that we had wanted and they made sure that each little detail turned out well and to exactly what we had pictured! Kelly was always there day or night to answer the littlest questions and working with Jamie was incredible. "We moved from Calgary to Grande Prairie at the very end of 2017, we had a short amount of time to find a house in GP before we moved. After looking at a number of houses we decided on a new build with Unique, taking our “chances” as the house was not yet finished. Immediately the team at Unique made every effort to ensure we were comfortable with our decision, they met with us numerous times both in person and always available on the phone. The purchase process was simple and they assured us that the house would be ready for possession at the end of December of 2017, a commitment that was not only met, but exceeded. Simply put, our house is beautiful. The overall construction and finishing is fantastic, and their management even showed up with a case of beer when we took possession of the house (which was late in the evening after driving up from Calgary!). The one thing evident with Unique is the pride they take in the product they produce. This pride has been apparent from day one with everyone I interacted with from Unique, and they have every reason to feel that way.
We have had very few “issues” with our house, minor at best. The communication and responsiveness we have received from Unique has been exemplary, and any issue has been resolved without issue. I still look forward to walking in the front door.
